Planting Seeds

Winter is a time for quiet contemplation while spring is a time to plant seeds and grow.

Class will start with an invitation to set an intention for the “seeds” you want to sew this spring. Throughout the practice you will move through postures that work towards a sense of renewal, balance, grounding, and blooming. Towards the end of practice expect a guided meditation prior to the deep respite of savasana.

I look forward to leading this symbolic class celebrating the return of spring!
